1. The regulations on procedure for confirmation of authenticity of the documents used in the international economic circulation (further the Provision), determine procedure for confirmation by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (further - BELTPP) authenticity of the documents constituted in the territory of the Republic of Belarus by legal entities including their branches and representations, individual entrepreneurs, and held for use in the international economic circulation.
2. Confirmation of authenticity is not performed concerning official documents, held for use abroad, proceeding from state bodies and the organizations of the Republic of Belarus which confirmation of authenticity is performed by consular legalization or putting down of apostille.
3. Confirmation of authenticity of the documents used in the international economic circulation consists in establishment and certification of signatures on documents, quality in which person which signed the document, authenticity of seal or stamp which fasten these documents acted.
