According to article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" and based on the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" in edition of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2005 the No. 127 Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve form of the certificate of earnings for calculation of pension according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of social protection of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2000 No. 1 "About approval of form of the certificate of earnings for calculation of pensions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 37, 8/3240).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
