1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out verification of presence in requests for patent grant for the invention, useful model or industrial design created in the Russian Federation, the data which are the state secret.

2. To federal executive bodies, State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" and State corporation on space activities Roskosmos which heads are given authority on reference of data to the state secret:

perform verification of presence of the data which are the state secret, in requests for patent grant for the invention, useful model or industrial design, created in the Russian Federation, given to Federal Service for Intellectual Property the Russian legal entities or citizens of the Russian Federation, including in the international applications submitted to the specified Service according to the Agreement on patent cooperation and in the applications submitted through the specified Service according to the Eurasian patent convention, the Protocol on protection of industrial designs to the Eurasian patent convention of September 9, 1994 (Eurasian requests);

approve annually the lists of the representatives authorized on carrying out verification of presence in requests for patent grant for the invention, useful model or industrial design, created in the Russian Federation of the data which are the state secret and no later than December 30 to send the specified lists to Federal Service for Intellectual Property.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
