The concept "receipt of the foreign currency cash transferred to the Republic of Tajikistan addressed to and for benefit of physical persons of residents and nonresidents" (further in the text - "obtaining by physical persons of the converted foreign currency") is meant as obtaining by physical persons in the Republic of Tajikistan in banks of the transferred funds without opening of currency accounts.
