1. Approve the enclosed Rules of stay of foreign citizens in the Republic of Tajikistan and Rules of transit of foreign citizens through the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan, Customs Service strict observance by the accepting organizations and foreign citizens of the rights and obligations provided by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan and the specified Rules.

Rules of stay of foreign citizens in the Republic of Tajikistan

I. General provisions
