3. Determine that for the purpose of working off of the mechanism of interaction of subjects of the balancing market in operating conditions of the balancing market of electrical energy, determinations of actual sizes of imbalances of production-potreb1leniya of electrical energy in EEC of Kazakhstan, refining of the need for the regulating capacities, determinations of price ranges on the balancing electric power, in 2008-2011 work of the balancing market in the imitating mode, without procedure of settlement for the electrical energy which is purchased-sold in the balancing market will be carried out.
