2) the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 25, 1996 No. 790 "About the List of the republican state companies" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 29, the Art. 256) the following changes:

in the List of the republican state companies approved by the specified resolution:

in the Section "Committee of Geology and Protection of Subsoil of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the word of "protection of subsoil" to replace with the word of "subsurface use".
