1. Approve Regulations on State Tax Administration in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, area, the city of Kiev and Sevastopol it (is applied).
2. Organizational administrative to department (Klochkova L. G.) provide this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. To provide to chairmen of State Tax Administrations in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol observance of requirements of the Regulations on State Tax Administration in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, area, the city of Kiev and Sevastopol.
