1. Recognize invalid orders of State Tax Administration of Ukraine:

of 23.10.2007 No. 601 "About approval of the Regulations on State Tax Administration in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, area, the city of Kiev and Sevastopol", No. 1261/14528 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 12, 2007;

of June 25, 2008 No. 412 "About approval of provisions about state tax authorities", No. 632/15323 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 11, 2008;

of June 23, 2010 No. 457 "About approval of Changes to regulations on regional GNA and GNI", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 2, 2010 for No. 458/17753.

2. Department of coordination and direction by the Minister of work of the central executive bodies of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Dusyak S. P.) and organizational and administrative department of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Klochkova L. G.) in accordance with the established procedure: submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine; provide promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Myarkovsky A. I. and Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Klimenko A. V.
