In pursuance of requirements of articles 21 and 53 of the Law of Ukraine "About compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles" I ORDER:
2. To provide to chiefs of head departments, Departments of MIA of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol studying of this Instruction by employees of subordinate divisions of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
3. The order becomes effective from 01.01.2008.
