1. Approve Regulations on the State regional inspectorate for nuclear and radiation safety of Gosatomregilirovaniya it (is applied).

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to legal department (Matveev V. G.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman Makarovskaya O. A.

Regulations on the State regional inspectorate for nuclear and radiation safety of Gosatomregilirovaniya

1. The state regional inspectorate for nuclear and radiation safety of Gosatomregilirovaniya (further - State inspection) is territorial authority of Gosatomregilirovaniya and falls within the scope of its management.

Powers of State inspection extend to the corresponding territory according to the regional principle of scope of subjects of activities in the field of use of nuclear energy.

State inspection is independent of state bodies, organizations and officials which activities are connected with use of nuclear energy, from regional authorities and self-government, associations of citizens, is not accountable to them and is not under control.
