About approval of the Regulations on the state regional inspectorates for nuclear and radiation safety of Gosatomregulirovaniya of Ukraine
According to the Regulations on the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 403, and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 2011 "About approval of the Standard regulations on territorial authorities of the ministry and other central executive body" I ORDER to No. 563:
1. Approve Regulations on the state regional inspectorates for nuclear and radiation safety of Gosatomregulirovaniya of Ukraine which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of 16.10.2007 No. 139 "About approval of the Regulations on the State regional inspectorate for nuclear and radiation safety of Gosatomregulirovaniya", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.11.2007 for No. 1269/14536.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to legal department (Matveev V. G.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman Makarovskaya O. A.
