According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 2016 "About functioning of territorial authorities of the State inspection of nuclear regulation" and the Regulations on the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 363, I order to No. 358:

1. Declare invalid the order of the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of October 11, 2011 No. 142 "About approval of the Regulations on the state regional inspectorates for nuclear and radiation safety of Gosatomregulirovaniya of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2011 on No. 1229/19967.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to legal support division (Matveev V. G.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation.
