1. Approve enclosed:
Rules of state regulation of rates or their limits on services of subjects of natural monopolies in oil transportation and oil products on bulk distribution lines;
2. Determine that Federal Antimonopoly Service develops and approves methodical instructions for establishment of rates or their limits on services of subjects of natural monopolies in oil transportation and oil products on bulk distribution lines, and also on oil transportation on bulk distribution lines along the routes including oil transportation on the bulk distribution lines entering pipeline system "East the Sibirtikhy ocean" taking into account use of rail transport and services in transport terminals and special sea oil port of Kozmino for oil supply to the foreign markets within the powers.
3. To Federal Tariff Service in a month from the effective date of this resolution to approve form of the act of results of holding action for the state control.
