About the Interdepartmental commission of Turkmenistan concerning the Caspian Sea

For the purpose of practical realization of the questions connected with different types of activities in the Caspian Sea, determination of the international legal status of the Caspian Sea, cooperation with the coastal states, and also coordination of work of the ministries and departments of Turkmenistan I decide:

1. Form the Interdepartmental commission of Turkmenistan concerning the Caspian Sea.

2. Approve Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission of Turkmenistan concerning the Caspian Sea and its structure (are applied).

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 23 Oguz 2003 No. 6280 "About expert group for negotiating concerning the Caspian Sea" (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 2003, No. 6, the Art. 221).

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Vice-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Tagiyev T. and the Vice-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Meredov R. O.
