Questions of preparation of the dictionary of legal terms

For the purpose of ensuring the correct and uniform application of legal terms by organizations, companies and organizations of all patterns of ownership, and also further enhancement of record keeping I decide:

1. Create State commission on preparation of the dictionary of the legal terms applied in the legislation and clerical work of Turkmenistan (the Commission hereinafter is referred to as further) as a part of representatives of the ministries and departments according to appendix.

2. Teach a good lesson the Commission to carry out work on creation of the dictionary of legal terms reflecting the current state of terminological lexicon of literary Turkmen to year and to provide its project to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

3. Provide to the Turkmen public publishing service the edition of the dictionary of technical terms by request of the Supreme council on science and technology in case of the President of Turkmenistan at the expense of means of the Government budget of Turkmenistan.

4. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan to provide allocation of assignments for the edition of the dictionary of legal terms from the Government budget of Turkmenistan for 2008.

5. Declare invalid the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 27 Alp Arslan 1994 No. 1924 (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 1994, No. 8, the Art. 2178).
