1. To vice-chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, heads of the ministries, departments, and also hyakima of welayats and etraps to create the industry and velayatsky commissions on preparation of the draft of the State program on ensuring high level of social conditions of the population of villages, settlements, the cities in etraps and the etrapsky centers (the State program hereinafter is referred to as further).
2. Approve the enclosed list of actions for preparation of the draft of the State program.
3. The coordinator of work of the industry and velayatsky commissions on preparation of the draft of the State program to determine the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan.
4. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan to 1 Garashsyzlyk 2007 to generalize offers of the industry and velayatsky commissions and to submit the draft of the State program for consideration in State commission on preparation of the State program on ensuring high level of social conditions of the population of villages, settlements, cities in etraps and the etrapsky centers.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on Vice-chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the Minister of Economy and Finance of Turkmenistan and hyakim of welayats.
