1. Form the national tourist area of Avaz on east coast of the Caspian Sea and approve the enclosed Regulations on it.

2. To service on land resources under the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan together with hyakimliky. The turkmenbashi and the State committee of Turkmenistan on tourism and sport to determine borders of the national tourist area of Avaz.

3. To the state committee of Turkmenistan on tourism and sport, Ministry of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan and hyakimlik of.
