About approval of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and implementation of payments to persons having honorary titles

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 17, 2007 the Cabinet of Ministers decides NUP-3942 "About Increase in the Amount of Payments for Honorary Titles":

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for appointment and implementation of payments to the lindens having honorary titles according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to self-supporting business entities to provide timely allocation of additional resources for financing of the expenses connected with increase in the amount of payments for honorary titles.

3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, other ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also to self-supporting business entities to provide, since January 1, 2008. the organization of implementation of payments to persons having honorary titles according to established procedure.

4. No. 274 "About increase in the sizes of the fees and surcharges for honorary titles" to declare the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 7, 1993 invalid.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
