About approval of the instruction about procedure for proyevdeniye of the state quality control of medicines in the Republic of Belarus and the instruction about procedure for the treatment of the medicines rejected by test laboratory

1. Approve enclosed:
1.1. The instruction about procedure for carrying out the state quality control of medicines in the Republic of Belarus;
1.2. The instruction about procedure for the treatment of the medicines rejected by test laboratory.
2. To the director of the Republican unitary enterprise "The Center of Examinations and Testing in Health Care", the CEO of the trade and production Republican unitary enterprise "Belfarmation", the CEOs of the Brest trade and production unitary enterprise "Pharmation", the Vitebsk trade and production unitary enterprise "Pharmation", the Gomel trade and production unitary enterprise "Pharmation", the Grodno trade and production unitary enterprise "Pharmation", the Mogilev trade and production unitary enterprise "Pharmation" and the trade and production unitary enterprise "Minsk Pharmacy", chiefs of managements of health care of regional executive committees, the chairman of Healthcare Committee of the Minsk city executive committee and subjects of managing irrespective of patterns of ownership, having the license of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus for pharmaceutical activities to provide fulfillment of requirements of the instructions approved by this resolution.
