1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of licensing of activities for the certificate of compliance of open key of the digital signature to the closed key of the digital signature, and also on confirmation of reliability of the registration certificate;

2) the qualification requirements imposed to activities for the certificate of compliance of open key of the digital signature to the closed key of the digital signature, and also for confirmation of reliability of the registration certificate.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 20, 2004 No. 202 "About approval of qualification requirements to the licensed type of activity according to the certificate of compliance of open key of the digital signature to the closed key of the digital signature, and also on confirmation of reliability of the registration certificate" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 9, the Art. 112).

3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after official publication.
