1. Approve the enclosed Technical regulation about requirements to emissions of the hazardous (contaminating) substances of the vehicles released in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To the Ministries of Transport and Communications, the industry and trade, power and mineral resources, environmental protection and internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
