About some measures for implementation of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2007 "About advertizing"

In pursuance of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2007 "About advertizing" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. other requirements to advertizing of medicines are:

absence in advertizing of references to the fact of carrying out the researches obligatory for state registration, other researches of the advertized medicine, as the proof of its efficiency;

absence in advertizing of references to specific cases of treatment from diseases as a result of use of the advertized medicine and (or) expression of gratitude for it;

absence in advertizing of approval (promise) that use of the advertized medicine is safe, including in connection with its natural origin, is not followed by development of collateral reactions and (or) that this medicine by efficiency is equivalent or above other medicines;

absence in advertizing of approval (promise) that health of the consumer of advertizing can be improved as a result of use of the advertized medicine or is worsened in case of refusal from it;

absence in advertizing of information on indications and method of application of the advertized medicine which do not correspond to information specified in the instruction for use of this medicine and (or) leaf insert;

absence in advertizing of approval that the advertized medicine is food product cosmetic or other consumer goods or has consumer characteristics inherent to them;
