3. To department of technical and professional education (to Boribekov K. K.) direct this order in the procedure established by the legislation to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Declare invalid the order of the deputy. The Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 27, 2005 No. 43 "About approval of Rules of confirmation of level of professional readiness and assignment of qualification by professions (specialties) of the technical and servicing work" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 3438 of February 11, 2005 published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper on September 27, 2005 No. 177 (911)).
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
