Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 30, 2007 No. 595 "About approval of Rules of confirmation of level of professional readiness and assignment of qualification by professions (specialties) of the technical and servicing work" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 5035, published in "The legal newspaper" of January 4, 2008 in No. 1 (1401)).
3. To department of technical and professional education (to Boribekov K. K.):
To provide 1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) after passing of state registration to publish this order in mass media.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister Shayakhmetov S. B.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
