based on the Agreement on general terms and the mechanism of support of development of production cooperation of the companies and industries of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of December 23, 1993 and the Protocol on the mechanism of implementation of this Agreement of 1994,
attaching importance to preserving and development of long-term production cooperation, and also for the purpose of providing favorable conditions for economic, production and sci-tech cooperation of the companies and organizations of industries
agreed as follows:
The parties shall keep on mutually advantageous basis the developed specialization, and also production and scientific and technical cooperation between the companies and the organizations of industry in the field of development, productions and coordinating of sales of products, rendering services of industry appointment, and also cooperation in case of supply activity necessary for these raw materials, materials, semifinished products, components.
The lists of deliveries of the major types of products of the companies of the Industry ministry of Ukraine and Industry ministry of the Republic of Armenia approved in amounts and the nomenclature are specified in the Appendices N1 and N 2, which constitute integral part of this agreement.
For operation of the Agreement change of amounts and the range of supply of products is determined by the agreement between the Parties.
On the basis of mutual interest of the Party render assistance to business entities in creation of the joint interstate industry economic organizations of different patterns of ownership, first of all, with participation of technologically interconnected companies.
