Some questions of social protection of members of families of the died miners and mine rescuers with the purpose of increase in level of social protection of members of families of the died miners and mine rescuers

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

Procedure for certification of the member of the family of the died miner which is applied;

samples and the description of the certificate of the member of the family of the died miner according to appendices 1-3.

2. Take additional measures for social protection of families of miners and mine rescuers who died as a result of the accident which happened at the rent company "The mine of name A.F. Zasyadko" (further - the died miners), in particular:

To the ministry of the coal industry to approve schedules of improvement of members of families of the died miners at the expense of own means of the rent company and other sources, according to appendices 4 and 5 * in a month;

To the Ministry of Education and Science together with other central executive bodies which have higher educational institutions in the subordination to resolve issue of the organization of acceptance of members of families of the dead in higher educational institutions on favorable terms according to appendix 6 in a month on specialties on which preparation is carried out at the expense of means state and local budgets.

3. Take into consideration that the Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases will provide in a month:

financing of payment of medical and social services which are provided to members of families of the died miners;

increase in efficiency of information and explanatory work among members of noted families concerning realization of their rights and social guarantees, stipulated by the legislation;
