1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications for provision of services on maintenance and operation of telecommunication networks, networks radio TV and broadcastings, wire broadcasting and television networks (are applied).

2. Charge to Management of registration and licensing (Martynenko A. G.) together with Legal management (Datsyuk T. L.) provide the decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to managerial control (Pokutny P. G.) promulgation of the decision on the NKRS website and in the statement NKRS after state registration.

Litsenziozny conditions of implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications for provision of services on maintenance and operation of telecommunication networks, networks radio TV and broadcastings, wire broadcasting and television networks

I. General provisions

1.1. These Licensed conditions are developed according to the Laws of Ukraine "About telecommunications", "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine", "About television and broadcasting".

1.2. Licensed conditions contain exhaustive list of the organizational, qualification, production and other special requirements obligatory for accomplishment by subjects of managing when implementing the activities in the field of telecommunications which are subject to licensing.

1.3. Licensed conditions extend to all subjects of managing who perform activities or filed petition for licensing for implementation of activities for provision of services on maintenance and operation of telecommunication networks, networks radio TV and broadcastings, wire broadcasting and television networks (further - provision of services on maintenance and operation of networks).

1.4. Subjects of managing which perform activities or filed petition for licensing for implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications, shall observe requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "About telecommunications", "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine", "About television and broadcasting", "About consumer protection", "About metrology and metrological activities", "About confirmation of conformity", "About protection of the economic competition", other regulatory legal acts and regulating documents in the field of telecommunications.

1.5. Subjects of managing perform activities in the field of telecommunications for provision of services on maintenance and operation of networks only in the presence of licenses.

1.6. Subjects of managing can obtain licenses for provision of services on maintenance and operation:

networks of radio telecasting (the license is granted on the declared regions);

networks of radio broadcasting (the license is granted on the declared regions);

networks of wire broadcasting (the license is granted on the declared regions);

television networks (telecommunication networks) (the license is granted on certain settlements).

1.7. The license grants the right to the subject of managing to provide services in maintenance and operation of networks in the territory determined by the license.

1.8. The national commission on questions of regulation of communication (further - NKRS) can include in licenses for activities in the field of telecommunications on provision of services on maintenance and operation of networks for certain operators special conditions.

1.9. The type of activity for which implementation the application for licensing in the field of telecommunications is submitted shall be specified in constituent documents of the subject of managing - the legal entity.

1.10. Documents acceptance, represented for receipt of the license, issue, renewal, recognition invalid and cancellation of the license, issue of the duplicate of the license, copy of the license, prolongation of effective period of the license are performed by NKRS according to the procedure and the terms determined by the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications".

1.11. The subject of managing which intends to perform provision of services on maintenance and operation of networks personally or through the body authorized by it or person, or the registered mail with the inventory of investment, files in NKRS petition for licensing for implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications (appendix 1).
