About approval of the Regulations on procedure for submission of documents based on which the realization of the right to the state social privileges, rights and guarantees is enabled by separate categories of citizens

Based on Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2007 "About the state social privileges, the rights and guarantees for separate categories of citizens" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 239-Z

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for submission of documents based on which the realization of the right to the state social privileges is enabled, the rights and guarantees by separate categories of citizens it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection to make in the necessary number of the certificate, inserts to certificates, the coupons specified in appendices 2, of 3, 5 and 8 to the Provision approved by Item 1 of this resolution at the expense of the means provided in the budget of the Republic of Belarus on other questions in the field of social policy and to provide through the bodies performing provision of pensions of citizens, their timely issue to persons having the right to the state social privileges, the rights and guarantees.

3. This resolution becomes effective since December 17, 2007, except for Item 2 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
