About approval of rates for rendering paid educational services in the field of secondary, higher and postgraduate medical and pharmaceutical education for 2007-2008 academic year
Based on article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state company", and also for the purpose of establishment of the single unified tariffs on paid educational services in the field of secondary, higher and postgraduate medical and pharmaceutical education (further - educational services), I ORDER:
1. Approve single tariffs for rendering paid educational services according to appendices 1, of 2, 3.
2. To heads of the medical organizations of science and education, medical faculties of higher educational institutions in case of the conclusion of contracts for rendering paid educational services to be guided by these rates.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nusupova A. B.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
