2) the subitem 5) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 20, 2003 No. 837 "Some questions of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 34, the Art. 342);
3) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 11, 2004 No. 167 "About entering of amendments and changes into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 4, 2002 No. 970" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 7, the Art. 96).
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
