According to Item 2 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market" State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Regulations on liquidity measure calculation which limit risks of professional activity in the stock market it (is applied).
2. To the chief of staff of State commission on securities and the stock market Yu. Provide with Nazarenko:
provision of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
publication of this decision according to the legislation.
3. Control of execution of the decision to assign to the Chief of staff of State commission on securities and the stock market Yu. Nazarenko.
4. This decision becomes effective since November 1, 2008, except Item 7 of Chapter 2 of the Section III of the Provisions which are becoming effective since May 13, 2009.
