1. Approve the enclosed inventory (works, services) which export, import and transit is performed according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan export procedure and commodity import (works, services) which list is approved by appendix No. 1 to this resolution.

3. Determine that:

sales of goods (works, services) specified in appendices to this resolution is performed on world or so-so to exchange prices;

the commission fee of the Tajik commodity and raw exchange is levied in the amount of percent 0,1 from the cost of the contract, the transaction or the exported goods according to the procedure established in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4.
