About Regulations on Electrical power council of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the new edition

3. To electrical power council of the CIS together with Executive Committee of the CIS to prepare offers on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on coordination of the interstate relations in the field of power industry of the Commonwealth of Independent States of February 14, 1992.
4. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.
