About some tax matters of residents of the Park of high technologies

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for development by residents of the Park of high technologies of competitive knowledge-intensive products I decide:

1. Approve enclosed:

the inventory when which importing to customs area of the Republic of Belarus residents of the Park of high technologies are exempted from payment of the import customs duties and the value added tax levied by customs authorities;

Regulations on procedure for issue of the conclusion about purpose of the high technologies imported by the resident Parka to customs area of the Republic of Belarus of goods for the purposes of release them from taxation by import customs duties and the value added tax.

2. Determine that the basis for application of privileges according to this Decree is the conclusion about purpose of the high technologies imported by the resident Parka to customs area of the Republic of Belarus of goods for the purposes of release them from taxation by import customs duties and the value added tax.

The conclusion is issued by public institution "Park's administration of high technologies" according to the procedure, established by this Decree, and confirms that the goods imported by the resident Parka of high technologies are necessary for implementation of the types of activity called in Item 3 of the Regulations on Parka of high technologies approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of September 22, 2005 No. 12 "About Parka of high technologies" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 154, 1/6811).
