About approval of Requirements and safety conditions (licensed conditions) of implementation of activities for use of sources of ionizing radiation in radiation therapy
According to requirements of article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy" I ORDER:
1. Approve Requirements and conditions (licensed conditions) of implementation of activities for use of sources of ionizing radiation in radiation therapy (further - Licensed conditions) which are applied.
2. Make changes to Requirements and safety conditions (licensed conditions) of implementation of activities for use of sources of ionizing radiation approved by Gosatomregulirovaniya's order of Ukraine of 02.12.2002 of N 125, registered in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.12.2002 for N978/7266, namely:
add the Section 1 "General provisions" with Item 1.4 of such content:
"1.4 Action of Requirements does not extend to the treatment-and-prophylactic institutions and organizations performing activities in the field of radiation therapy".
3. (V. Ryazantsev) to provide to management of regulation of safety of radiation technologies provision of this order in five-day time on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To provide to chiefs of the state inspectorates for nuclear and radiation safety of Gosatomregulirovaniya bringing to permission of the interested organizations of information on entry into force of this order and provision of explanations concerning its application.
5. In a month after state registration of this order to provide to the state company "The State Scientific and Technological Center on Nuclear and Radiation Safety" (V. Vasilchenko) replication of Licensed conditions.
