About approval of the Procedure of the state control of activities of educational institutions
According to the Law of Ukraine "About education" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 29.11.2001 No. 1614 "About approval of the Regulations on the State inspection of educational institutions", for the purpose of increase in effective management of education, I ORDER to objectivity of assessment of realization by educational institutions of single state policy in the field of education:
1. Approve the Procedure of the state control of activities of educational institutions it (is applied).
2. To the Minister of Education and Science of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of departments of education of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to bring the Procedure of the state control of activities of educational institutions to permission of heads of educational institutions.
3. Abolish the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 12.12.2007 No. 1116 "About approval of the Procedure of the state control of activities of educational institutions".
4. I reserve control of execution of the order.
