1. Approve Regulations on guarantees in case of the direction for professional training, retraining, advanced training and training it (is applied).
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 1995 No. 709 "Ab zatsvyardzhenni Palazhennya ab umova of materyyalnag забеспячэння the listener-in ў sistemy павышэння kvalifikatsyi i perapadrykhto¸ki shot ў" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1995, No. 36, the Art. 899);

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 26, 2008.
