For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 13, 2007 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 425

1. Abolish Committee on protection of the competition of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan with transfer of its functions, powers and property to Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of the competition (The anti-monopoly agency) (further - the Agency).

2. Reorganize public institutions - territorial subdivisions of Committee on protection of the competition of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the state organizations - interregional inspectorates of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for protection of the competition (The anti-monopoly agency) according to appendix to this resolution.

3. Approve enclosed:

1) No. 1011 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 24.09.2014

2) No. 1818 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.12.2012

2-1) No. 1818 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.12.2012

3) changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
