About approval of the Instruction for financial accounting of transactions with derivative tools in banks of the Republic of Belarus

Based on article 26 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for financial accounting of transactions with derivative tools in banks of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 22, 2006 No. 67 "About approval of the Instruction for financial accounting of futures transactions in banks of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 57, 8/14225).

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2008.

1. The instruction for financial accounting of transactions with derivative tools in banks of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Instruction) is developed based on article 26 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus and according to requirements of the National accounting standard 39 "Financial instruments: recognition and assessment" (NSFO 39) for banks approved by the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2005 No. 422 (further - NSFO 39).
