About approval of regulations of daily allowance, regulations of replacement, Rules of application and replacement of regulations of daily allowance of convicts to imprisonment, and also persons containing in pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic

The government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- regulations of daily allowance of convicts to imprisonment, and also persons containing in pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- regulations of replacement of products of daily allowance of convicts to imprisonment, and also persons containing in pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Rules of application and replacement of regulations of daily allowance of convicts to imprisonment, and also persons containing in pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Determine that on regulation No. 2 of daily allowance of the persons accused of making of crimes and containing in pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic persons containing in receivers distributors and in temporary detention centers of law-enforcement bodies, and also in temporary detention centers of authorized state body on control of drugs are provided.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 7, 2000 No. 323 "About approval of regulations of daily allowance, regulations of replacement, Rules of application and replacement of regulations of daily allowance of convicts to imprisonment, and also persons which are in pre-trial detention centers and arestny houses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and in temporary detention centers of the Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic on control of drugs".
