1. These rules of accounting of consumption of ozone-depleting substances (further - Rules) are developed according to article 16 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Rules determine accounting treatment for consumption of ozone-depleting substances.
3. Accounting of consumption of ozone-depleting substances represents the systematized, periodically filled up and specified code of data which are created in the state inventory of consumption of ozone-depleting substances.
4. Rules extend to the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing consumption of ozone-depleting substances in the following types of activity:
1) production of ozone-depleting substances;
