For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.12.2012 No. 1796
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty-one-day term after official publication, except for Item 8 of the qualification requirements imposed to separate types of activity in the field of the industry which becomes effective since September 9, 2008.
