2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 26 Rukhnam 1994 No. 1952 "About approval of Rules of boundary regime in strip of border control of Turkmenistan and Rules of entrance and stay in border area of Turkmenistan";

Items 2, 3 and 4 resolutions of the President of Turkmenistan from 28 Gorkut of 1997 No. 3264 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the President of Turkmenistan" (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 1997, No. 7, the Art. 4083);
