About issue of the certificate of earnings to persons who were going abroad for work

For the purpose of ensuring realization by citizens of the right to calculation of pensions according to articles 61 and 62 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. to persons who were going abroad for work on the direction of state bodies and the organizations, the certificate of the size of average earnings of the worker of the corresponding profession and qualification in the Republic of Belarus in the month preceding month of award of pension is issued by these state bodies and the organizations;

1.2. to persons who were going abroad for work without the directions of state bodies and the organizations, the certificate of the size of average earnings of the worker of the corresponding profession and qualification is issued by local executive and administrative organs at the place of residence.

The size of average earnings of the worker of the corresponding profession and qualification is determined by multiplication of the minimum wage established by the legislation in the month preceding month of award of pension on tariff coefficient (the multiple size of the tariff charge of the first category) corresponding to profession (position) of person working abroad.
