About entering of amendments and changes into resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 1992 No. 777 and of December 22, 1999 No. 1976 and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for confirmation and calculation of length of service for purpose of pensions approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 1992 No. 777 (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1992, No. 36, Art. 660; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 188, 5/24206):
to add item 4 after words of "the document on payment of compulsory insurance premiums" with the words "in Fund";
to add Item 8 after the word of "fees" with the words "in Fund";
in Item 11 of the word of "payment of insurance premiums" shall be replaced with words "payments of compulsory insurance premiums in Fund";
the second Item 40 after the word "fees" to add part with the words "in Fund";
1.2. in Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for adjustment of the actual earnings of the pensioner in case of appointment and recalculation of pensions and increases in the pensions estimated in the minimum size, in connection with growth of the average salary, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of December 22, 1999 No. 1976 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 4, 5/2289; 2001, No. 4, 5/4929; 2006, No. 171, 5/23247):
