For the purpose of enforcement of Section 14 of the Customs code N 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, special release), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve the Specification on holding open tender on creation of duty free retail network at the international check points through frontier according to the appendix N 1.
2. Form the commission on the organization and holding open tender on creation of duty free retail network at the international check points through frontier and to approve its members according to the appendix N 2.
3. Confer to the Ministry of Economy and Trade powers for the organization and carrying out within 2 months from the date of enforcement of this Resolution of open tender on creation of duty free retail network at the international check points through frontier.
