About provision of the main leave lasting more than 24 calendar days

For the purpose of implementation of Article 155 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish:

1.1. the list of the organizations and positions of the serving pedagogical workers which duration of the main leave constitutes more than 24 calendar days, according to appendix 1;

1.2. the list of employee categories which duration of the main leave constitutes more than 24 calendar days, according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that:

2.1. the main leave lasting more than 24 calendar days is granted on the conditions provided by the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus, and to employees of professional rescue services, besides, on condition of passing of certification by them on carrying out wrecking according to the procedure, established by the legislation;

2.2. duration of the main leave is determined in proportion to worked time:

2.2.1. in case of attainment of majority during work year by the worker 18 years during the time worked before execution of 18 years - at the rate of 30 calendar days, for the rest of the time of work year at the rate of duration of the main leave established according to the performed work are younger;

2.2.2. to the worker having disability if during work year in case of the next re-examination by medico-rehabilitation commission of experts the group of disability is not established, during its stay on group of disability in this work year - at the rate of 30 calendar days, for the rest of the time of work year - at the rate of duration of the main leave established according to the performed work.
