About deliveries to consumers of the republic of mineral fertilizers and their realization for export in 2008

For the purpose of providing consumers of the republic with mineral fertilizers, realization of these fertilizers for export, and also effective steady work of the organizations - manufacturers of these products the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Economics supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Trade on distribution for intra republican needs and supply to export in 2008 of the mineral fertilizers made in the Republic of Belarus according to appendices 1 and 2.
2. To the Ministry of Trade to grant in accordance with the established procedure general licenses for export within the allocated amounts on self-produced products to the republican unitary enterprise "Belaruskali production association, to open joint stock companies "Polimir", "Gomel Chemical Plant", "Grodno Nitrogen".
3. Determine that realization by the organizations - manufacturers of mineral fertilizers for export within the allocated amounts is made for freely convertible currency, and by deliveries to the Russian Federation and Ukraine - as well for Russian rubles and hryvnias respectively.
4. To provide to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, regional executive committees uniform purchase of mineral fertilizers.
To the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry to provide first-priority delivery to agricultural organizations of the republic of mineral fertilizers on condition of their timely payment and taking into account achievement of the greatest efficiency of export deliveries of these products by the organizations manufacturers.
