1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget by the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food according to the "Actions for Protection and Protection, Rational Use of the Woods Provided in Permanent Use to the Agro-industrial Companies" program (budgetary funds are farther).
Receivers of budgetary funds are the agro-industrial companies which treat the sphere of management of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food.
2. Budgetary funds are allocated for implementation of actions for protection, protection and rational use of the woods provided in permanent use to the agro-industrial companies (actions are farther), according to the State target program "Woods of Ukraine" for 2010-2015 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 16, 2009 N 977 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, N 72, the Art. 2475), and to the list of works which are noted in appendix.
